Welcome to The Rugged Boot and Shoe Co., the superstore for the "hard to fit". We are a full service shoe and boot shop specializing in sizes and widths for men and women. We carry some of the best brands available, such as New Balance, Red Wing, SAS, and Dansko just to name a few.

It's a fact that if your feet hurt, your body hurts. This will not only ruin your day, but it affects your job performance, ruins your vacation, and will make you miserable.

Our goal is to make you comfortable. We measure everyone in our computer for a more accurate size and width. We then want to know what the shoe or boot will be used for so we can make our recommendations.

We also make recommendations about socks. Most people don't realize that socks are the tires for your feet. They too can make you more comfortable by preventing shock to the foot as you walk on the most unforgiving surface--concrete.
